I dont think its a bala shark. sounds more like a redtail shark or rainbow shark both look very similar. These sharks can get agressive with tank mates and each can have its own "personality" Your may just be a more mellow one. They are however semi agressive with tank mates that are smaller than them so that may be why its attacking the guppies. If you put the two sharks in the same tank they also tend to fight with others of the same species. The only thing i can recomend doing is adding some more hidin for the fish to retreat to and may help them from getting picked on. Or find a new home for the shark.

Leaving the Scene of the Accident, Will I Win My case?

I was returning home one afternoon when a former friend of mine made a left turn without yielding and T-boned my car. We both got out of the car and all of a sudden she ran back into her car and sped away. I was shocked that she would do this without telling me where she was going, I could not call her because I had no cell phone and I could not call the police. I waited for about a minute at the scene and tried to flag down cars however no cars stopped and it was dangerous to try and get one to stop. I decided to go home and Inform my parents, they told me to go to the police station and when I got there the Police said that the other driver called them to report that I had hit her and all of a sudden I sped away. The Officer said that when he arrived she was at the scene and I was not,therefore I left the scene of an accident, even though she left first. My car now has thousands of dollars of damage and is in essence totaled on top of that I am being ticked for leaving the scene of the Accident. The law In New York Says: if the other party is not present at the place where the damage occurred then he or she shall report the same as soon as physically able to the nearest police station, or judicial officer. That is what I did, but its nearly impossible to prove that she left the scene first. How can I beat this ticket ?

Stereo problem with amp?

My prelude came with an 400 watt 2 channel amp and a rockford fosgate sub. It would not work when i got it so i took out the amp and sub. I tried to put it back in yesterday and it worked. So i tried to place the amp in the trunk and the grounding wire came loose so i tried to reconnect it but the trunk light went off and so did the stereo itself. Anyways when i was riding in the car the stereo would periodically come on but then shut off. What should i do now?

What precautions do I take before storing my motorcycle parts for a long period?

I have recently dismantled the motor of my Honda CD200 Roadmaster. I have cleaned the parts with kerosene. Now i want to store them before i aculate enough cash to start working on it again. i have 20W-50 oil. I didnt remove the bearings from the crankcase cause the oil seals are good and the bearings are about 4 months old. Should i oil the entire crankcase and all the internal parts? AMD vs. Intel. How important is the difference in clock speed?

If I remember right, years ago, amd would have a slower clock speed than intel but still run at an equal or very close to equal speed. Now I just don't get it. Years ago, in 2008 I believe, Intel had, or announced a 4ghz cpu. The pentium 4 extreme. Now most of the newer top end clock speeds are around 3.5. Has some focus come off of the clock speeds and shifted to other points of cpu architecture? Is an amd cpu with a slower clock speed still a rival to an intel with a higher one? I know other points such as caches, FSB, hypertransport/threading, blah blah blah. But how do I compare cpus now, especially between amd and intel. I miss the day when you could see a 600mhz cpu and an 850mhz cpu and just be like "I want that one!" hehe. Could anyone get me up to date here? Lastly, the manufacturing tech. What exactly is that. Housebreaking my puppy; he's got it half down!?

I have a little puppy, part Dachshund, part Yorkie. I love him sooo much, he's really smart and such a momma's boy. He's 15 month old. The first part of housebreaking was such a pain, but when he finally started getting it he was great. Now he always asks to go outside to pee and hasn't gone inside for months. However poop is such a different story. I know his schedule, he poops in the morning before I leave for work and once when I get home from work. I always take him out when I get home from anywhere and I always ask him if he has to poop any time we go outside, but I can spend forever outside with him and he seldom goes, but a couple mins after we come inside he sneaks into the kitchen and poops on my floor. He rarely will go outside, but if i follow him around he wont go, it's almost as if he's too shy (if that's even possible) I scold him every time I catch him and he gets all moppy all apologetic looking, but still does it . . . I've even started picking up the poop and taking him and it outside together. I live in an apartment and it's not like i can let him out by himself or even close off my kitchen too him. Any suggestions?

MLA doesn't specify on the number of paragraphs. It just tells you how you should set up your paper (ie: double space, header, title, paragraph indention, etc). You should be able to write as many paragraphs as you'd like. A good rule of thumb would be 5 for the introduction (which should be about 3-4 sentences with a topic sentence at the end), the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd body paragraphs (these are where you get your "meat" of your paper. You defend your topic sentence, which should include 3 examples. Each paragraph is the explanation of a different example. When I was a young kid I saw a movie on one of those horror channels where there were these creatures that would drop down on people and would proceed to crush and presumably "eat" it's victims. From what I remember, they were kind of round and had lumpy armor-like shell or skin surface. It seemed like they probably had huge jaws or teeth on their undersides. They also had huge grasping tendrils that in one case pulled a man down to the ground as the man made a feeble attempt to kill the creature with an ax. In the end I think that they killed the creatures by injecting cows with radioactive material and then let the creatures eat them. The sound effects of these bone-crushing creatures kind of stuck with me over the years. I'm sure that if I saw the movie today (now that I'm 45) I'd probably laugh and call it cheesy. I never saw it again and have since been hard-pressed to find anybody else who ever saw it.

I totally agree, but if someone has had an abortion, we should not judge them. We should pray for them and love them unconditionally. We know that fear does not come from the Lord, but from the enemy. All have fallen and come short of the glory of God. We all must never forget where He found us. I am a mother of four and have lost one to miscarriage. Losing that child was hard for me, but the Lord gave me another child. We don't know the torment women have suffered from aborting a child and always have compion. Sadly, today I woke up sicker then a dog. I have a stuffy nose, my head feels like its in the clouds, and my throat hurts. Scared First-Time Drivers' Tester in Michigan! A few questions, actually . . .?

I'm originally from Michigan, and my grandfather does road tests there. You need to use turn signals!!! Not for parallel parking, but you do need to use them. If in doubt...use them. They keep an eye on your speed, but they're mostly checking to make sure that you're consistent. Don't speed, but going a mile over won't kill you (I would try not to drift a "few"). Don't flick your eyes across the intersection, physically move your head so they can see you're taking the precautions. Always check your blind spot before changing lanes...even if you KNOW someone isn't there. They look for that. Turn your head over your shoulder and check. One thing that almost failed me...Stop BEFORE the stop signs. Completely stop! I know you can't see sh** from that spot, but stop there completely and then roll forward and stop again to check the intersection. They want to make sure that you're not stopping in the middle of the crosswalks that pedestrians use. I also remember them asking me some gay question like "If you're driving down the road and see a vehicle driving at you head on, what do you do?" Yeah, it's not change lanes like you would actually do in that situation. The answer is "Swirve to the right shoulder and hit something soft." Soft meaning a tree, or a fence (?? I know). I guess that's softer than a car traveling at 60 mph. And then just remember all of the petty stuff, blinkers for changing lanes, keep your eyes on the road (they may ask you to change the radio station or something), both hands on the wheel, yellow means stop if you can do so safely...not speed up. There's nothing you can put in your hair to make it grow longer. The only thing you can do is take care of it and not use chemicals or heat on it. Brush it every day. The reason it's not growing is probably because it's damaged. I know this sounds crazy, but the one thing that finally worked for me was shaving my head. When my hair grew back, it was beautiful and healthy and it grows a lot faster now.

Sony Ericcson P1i not detecting Kuwait Wataniya GSM network?

I purchased my Sony Ericcson P1i from India in August 2007. I live in Kuwait. After several months, the phone began re-starting spontaneously and sometimes frequently. So when I visited India in January 2008 I took it to the authorized Sony Ericcson service centre and they re-installed the software. Aftrer reaching back in Kuwait, my phone does not use Kuwait Wataniya GSM network. It detects the network, but displays "No Network". I took the phone to the authorized pesonnel in Kuwait City but they could only get me 3G network, saying that Sony Ericcson has a problem with Kuwait Wataniya. But I used to get the network before I re-installed the software. I tried updating the phone online but to no avail. I wrote to Sony Ericcson twice but they have not responded. Please advise what to do.

My kids do this every year even at their current school. They tried on a thousand and 2 outfits before the first day of school and they changed their hair twice before school. It was awful. Supernatural - New Regulars?

I'm up in the air about it. I want to give it a chance because who knows...it might work for the show. But the other part of me says that it's amazing just how it is now and adding 2 regular female cast members could screw up the whole show. I heard they're adding them for Jared and Jensen's benefit so they won't have to work as much. I mean, that's not the whole reason but I heard it was part of it. And that would be good for the actors but who knows if it will be good for the show. I didn't mind Jo on the show...but only as a guest star. I think Sam and Dean are fine as the 2 main characters but I'm willing to give the new characters a chance. I hope they aren't love interests though because that will screw up the whole concept! Scared for my future marriage?

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 3 years now, after this year finishes it will be fully 3 years. He's seventeen and I'm sixteen and were ready for marriage (after we finish school of course), we speak about it all the time and he seems excited and comfortable about the idea and so am I but I've watched many many marriages crumble before my eyes since I was 5 my sister went through a terrible divorce just recently and lets face it my parents aren't the perfect couple they argue almost everyday avoid each other for months and my mothers to blame, all this has a profound effect on me and how I perceive things. It's not healthy for me to grow up in this kind of environment how can I give the proper affection and family bond I never fully received to my children? My mother has huge anger issues, complains all the time, never fully satisfied and just wants more from us all the time and no matter how hard we try it's never enough for her; the worst part is I have a hint of her characteristics and this is why I'm so worried. a week ago i got over most of my symptoms of my chest cold(which i had for 2 weeks) except for coughing. yesterday morning i woke up with a really bad sore throat. then a few hours later i had an orthodontist apointment. we took my tempurature yesterday and it was 99.5 so i had a small fever. when ever i swallowed it hurt my ears and the area right beneath my ears so i took tylenol. this morning i woke up to find that my sore throat was mostly gone the only problem was when i swallowed it still hurt!!! i took my temp and my fever was basically gone with a temp of 98.7 and 99(i took my tempurature twice). i can sit here and have it not hurt but as soon as i swallow it hurts. my throat doesnt look to red and my tonsils only look a tad puffy. whats up? tomarow i leave early in the morning for my vication to wisconsin to see my family there. everyone doubts i have strep throat( my stepmom is a nurse) but then wat is going on?...i just took some tylenol again but it doesnt seem to help much.....

I always hear so many people trash talking the xbox 360, like its a bad system or something, ive been playing xbox for YEARS and have not had one software issue with it at all in anyway, shape or form, everyones always like, "DAMN RED RING OF DEATH!" But ive never never experienced one and i game hard core. Xbox games are good, controls are awesome, etc....people always try to compare PS3 and XBOX 360 graphix but lets be honest people........THEYRE THE SAME!!!!!!! I think its because all the PS fanboys were so used to having playstation as the dominant console for years, then xbox came out and posed a threat and playstation finally had some competition and its throne was being challenged. But lets be honest here people, the only difference between the xbox and PS3 is the bluray player and online play, you dont really even need a bluray player, its not a vital necessity, unless you TRULY want to watch bluray then more power to ya, but its not gunna make or break you. Yeah, PS3 has free online but XBOX is 50$ a year, im sorry, if you cant afford 50$ a year then i dont know what to tell you, i just think playstation fans try to find any reason to talk smack about its competitors....."Oh, the xbox's console case is 3 shades lighter than the PS3's console case color".....BOO-HOO! Help! How do I keep my rats cool in the summer?

I have 2 5 week old rats and they are not aloud inside. Their cages go in the shed but i take their cages outside alot. There is a heat wave of about 40 degrees and the shed feels like a boiler room but its just as hot outside. Iv begged and begged to keep them inside until it gets cooler but its not gonna happen. Why am I gaining weight?

The junkman takes out the battery after he can't shut it off, only to have the car later (with no battery) start itself up, drive to the gate, and blow it's horn to be let out. the man complies with this and doesent expect it to return, although sensing it's intentions. of course the car runs down the bully, but then returns to the yard. the man comes out to find it somehow sitting on the conveyer belt. when he reaches in to get the Yin Yang mirror ornament the kid installed, he has a vision and discovers that the car wants to be killed for what it has done

Okay... for starters.... i am 29, i have had irregular periods all my life... for the past year, i have been having my period every other month... last being the beginning of october....needless to say my husband and i have unprotected everyday... WELL, on new years eve i wiped when i used the facility, and noticed a little pink blood, not much and only happened when i wiped... none in my panties, SO... nothing that night.... on january 1st only one time i wiped in mid afternoon, and it was pink as well.... so, today is the 3rd and my husband and i had rough about 1 hour ago... and i came downstairs and felt extremely wet, so i wiped my self and it was dark red blood... no cramping.... now, my question is.... could i have had implantation bleeding on new years eve, and and possibly bleeding due to ? this has never happened before and we were really hoping to be pregnant... any answers would be extremely helpful, and re-uring!

The best 55 gallon fish tank?

i was wondering the same thing a few weeks ago so i did some researching because i plan on getting one also...i looked at the aquaculture and i seen it had a 20/40 filter in a 55 gallon tank so im not sure how well that will filter 55 gallons of water through it and the baulbs give off way too much heat and not enough adequate light..my tank rose from 68 to 72 when i left them on a few days..which obviously is a drastic temperature change for fish (friend has one of these) and the top fin and aqueon seem to be about the same..aqueon looks like it comes with a bit better of a filter...and tetra i've never used because the first filter i bought from them started stinking after 3 days..i work at wal-mart part time and they have a descent stand to go 4 the 55 gallon aquarium for like 80 bucks instead of paying 150 somewhere else so i may go with it..not sure..i'll get 10% off, so i'll save a bit!

Why is acadmic education a universal institution if intelligence is considered an individual trait?

One could always opt to go to a trade school, or apprentice themselves in a certain profession if they only wanted the skills to perform one task. Intelligence is not the same as education. Going to a university for 4 years introduces you to the great thinkers that have come before you. You become a more worldly person having had the opportunity to see how history has come about. There is an inter-connectedness to everything and that becomes clearer with gaining an education. It's not for everybody, just those that wish to have the experience and growth that an education provides. Knowing is preferred over not knowing.

What are Qualifications for a video game testing career?

Ive had work experience (and gonna start my summer job) at a game designing company, they didn't give me much to do so they made me test games. Honestly like doug said it is so boring. They ahrdly give you any fun games to test and its really ****. Apparently the money isn't good and you will probably be bored easily. You should think logically before pursuing a career in this industry. Btw getting into a game designing company is very hard it is not what you know but who. I have taken 3 languages (chinese, french and spansih), graphic design and ICT at GCSE level but they didnt give a **** if i had or hadnt, the only reason i got in was i knew the owner. Why can plants survive frost or even freezing?

Early in the morning when walking my dog I see frozen due drops and brine on the leaves of a lot of gr like wild plants near the ground. When you walk on them you can hear them crunch. The next day when the sun comes out you see that they are thriving and look oh so healthy. Why don't they go limp like when green leafy vegetables get frozen lin the fridge and then thaw out into a limpy mess.?

Can I lose fat (go down in body fat %) while trying to gain alot of muscle (maybe using a weight gainer????)?

I am so confused about the concept of putting on muscle and losing fat... some people say you can do both at the same time (put on muscle and lose fat) but I have also been told that they are conflicting terms and you can only do one of the two as one person told me putting on muscle requires you to eat more than 2500 calories a day... (recommended daily allowance) but losing fat requires you to eat less than 2500 calories a say... is it possible to do both??.... I have already come down from 105 kgs to 88kgs and I am 6'3 so I am not overweight but my body fat percentage is 18% and I would like to get it to about 10%... can I do this while lifting weights and using a weight gainer to put on muscle at the same time and if so how???? I must quit my job...how?

So long story short, I'm a pool attendant at a hotel 17 been working all summer, my manager (well call her jess) hates me, no reason. She took me to admin and adressed the issue that I was swearing. Completely untrue I don't swear. I denied it. I went to the big boss and confronted him about it and basically said I didn't swear. He didn't believe a word, said he heard I wasn't doing my job, that I was angry all the time. It doesn't make sense I'm a bubbily person, I'm always cheery. I voulenteer at hospitals hold folks homes churches, working with kids. I gave him a list of people to chat with, and he basically just blew me off. Apart from this, I have a duity manager who could be my father easily, and he's very innapropriate. As in touches tickles and once tried to get me into the basement with him. The job always leaves me with a cold (indoor pool) and its very noisy (waterslide) I basically want out tomorrow.
