Am I pregnant??!! Please answer!!!?

I've been taking birth control since september of this year. I'm supposed to take 3 weeks of white pills and then one week of orange so I can get my period. I've taken 2 of the orange pills already and I do have with my fiancee. So someone PLEASE hlp me out here. I'm going nuts.
