you leave and your DAD's credit is screwed.... of course, if he's out of the country, who cares, right?... duh!.... RENT the house out.... or sell it... but don't just let it go.... bad credit follows you forever... and you'll find it hard to get a place to RENT to you if your report comes back bad..... you're looking at seven years, pal... of no fun..... and Dad will come back to his own hail....
