Please Help? my Doctor slapped and tackled me B/C i was asking to many questions. NOT FUNNY REAL!!! hELP/?

i was tackled and slapped because i was asking questions bout HIV and about testing. so he got mad and started yelling at me, Then i yelled back at him. so he got in my face and started spiting on me. so i put my hand out to keep a distance and he smacked my hands aways. so I pushed the doctor and he felled. then the doctor got up and started charging at me and tackled me to the gounrd. what can i do
