Could i finally get a BFP? :)?

I am now 10 dpo. I had positive ovulation tests on July 11th and 12th. Right now my symptoms are my are killing me, they actually hurt more as the days go on. My also feel heavy and full. I am having off and on cramping but not period like and not very strong. My cervix are low and soft. I've also been restless lately even when I am exhausted. Did anyone else experience this and end up pregnant and when did you test and get your BFP? Thank you
