What precautions do I take before storing my motorcycle parts for a long period?

I have recently dismantled the motor of my Honda CD200 Roadmaster. I have cleaned the parts with kerosene. Now i want to store them before i aculate enough cash to start working on it again. i have 20W-50 oil. Should i oil all the parts again and then store it in a cupboard? :S I live in bangladesh and its a tropical climate here and it rains pretty often. I didnt remove the bearings from the crankcase cause the oil seals are good and the bearings are about 4 months old. Should i oil the entire crankcase and all the internal parts? I bored the cylinders and left the pistons inside the cylinders. Should i keep them out? Thanks.
