Improper ping NJ ticket?

Ok today when i was turning into a turning lane, i went over the yellow lines instead of waiting for traffic to move. I was pulled over an issued a ticket for that and a ticket for having an extra person in the car(i have a provisional license). My question is how much do you think these tickets will cost, and how long does it take for the 4 points i earned, to be added to my license?
