Police MURDER an unarmed man cooperating with police. Your thoughts?

I didn't watch the videos, but what your referring to is know as the sympathy reflex. When one hand moves, the other one does too, as a reflex. I've seen it happen twice in my career. That's why basic firearms training includes keeping your finger off trigger unless on target. I can almost predict what will happen to the officer; a mental breakdown and a lawsuit. The elements of crime include intent. The officer did not intend to shoot, or kill the man. I'm not defending him, but he'll suffer enough.
