Middle lane hoggers?

What is it with these people? Don't do a lot of motorway driving but have just got back from a long distance trip and can't get over these morons. Why don't they realise that they should be in the inside lane unless they are overtaking something? I lost count of the amount of times I had to pull out into the outside lane to p one of these twits, they obviously don't use their mirrors either!
