Is there anything i can do about this company that scammed me on ebay?

i bought a product on ebay and it worked for a little while and then quit, so i contacted the company and they said they would send me another one. so i sent it back to them and never received a replacement item, and now they have quit responding to my emails. the worst part is, is that it has been over 60 days since i bought it so ebay wont let me open a claim on the item, is there anything i can do to get my money back. (btw the companys name was Centrumworld so if you ever see them on ebay DONT BUY FROM THEM)
