Help me understand why it is okay to abort a unborn baby? Any Christians ever done it how you feel after?

I totally agree, but if someone has had an abortion, we should not judge them. We should pray for them and love them unconditionally. We know that fear does not come from the Lord, but from the enemy. All have fallen and come short of the glory of God. We all must never forget where He found us. I am a mother of four and have lost one to miscarriage. Losing that child was hard for me, but the Lord gave me another child. We don't know the torment women have suffered from aborting a child and always have compion. It doesn't mean we agree with them, but He did not come to condemn the world, but the world through Him might be saved. May the Lord bless you.
