How to get rid of this cold REALLY fast?

Sadly, today I woke up sicker then a dog. I have a stuffy nose, my head feels like its in the clouds, and my throat hurts. Usually I wouldnt care... but heres the problem, I have my advanced english essay tomorrow, which is worth 50 PERCENT OF MY MARK. Its a 6 hour exam, and I need to be able to actually think. I cant miss it as they are scheduled by the government, so if im to sick to go, I have to wait 2 months to write it. What are some things I can do to help make this go away as fast as I can. Again my symptoms are stuffy nose, sore throat, congested head that feels like a brick. No coughing of any sort though.
