Ive had diarrhea 3 out of the last 4 days. why one day no?

Im not sure what I ate that was bad but it could be the stuffed lamb intestines and the lamb brain....anyways, my diarrhea started with sulfuric belches and then very watery diarrhea. at times the water is clear. on the 3rd day nothing, felt great. on the 4th day i thought i had constipation because i needed to go but nothing was coming out. when came out it was the same old. now what?
