Guys, i need some help!?

ok, so whenevr my bf and i go to the mall by ourselves, he ALWAYS talks to some other girls and laughs flirtaciously around them. he also always wants to go to victorias secret and he steals their brochure/ magazine thingies. he can be a real douche sometimes like tht. sorta like a tool. i was jus wonderin, is tht normal boy stuff, to flirt w/ girls when u hav a gf? and be a "pevert." do alot of guys do tht? or is it jus him?
