What software should I use to create a contract?

I run a video production company, and I've been using Word for my contract for years, and it is a pain in the ***. Whether I try to use tables or just use underlines, either way, it is very problematic. Is there a good program I can use that is user friendly, looks professional, and will ultimately save me time when I have to fill in all of the fields?
