Boy Questionn.?!! should i or shouldnt i?

Okay well, i've known this one boy since i was in the fifth grade. his step brother was on my brothers basketball team. sixth grade i had gym i talkd to him a lil as a friend but that was it. seventh grade, everygirl, it seemed like, tried to flirt and try to talk to himm. i didnt see what they saw in him at all i thought his voice was all squeaky but deep at the same time. one day i lied and said that i like him. he found out and said he was going to ask me out but idk wat happend. his sister said that he should go outt with mii and he said "no i dont wanna go out with her fat ***" umm i heard this and was like umm okay?? whatever. the same day he tries to talk to me... then going ahead he ends up with his ex girl friend. then dumps her and goes with this othr girl. basicallyl hes a player so eventually we txtd and i startd devoloping some feelings for him. i went to his house made out and that was that. but the day before he goes i think we should stop talking and stop calling each other baby and stuff like that. soo... aftr we kissd he stopd talking to me?? idk y he said he was going to buy me earrings but dont kno what happend with that and basically hes a player he flirts with so many girls and stuff i think just to make me mad and there not even prettyyy!!! so yeah the end of the school year he wanted to go back out with me. i thought that i would say yeah but not anymore bc hes stupid and my friend goes be lucky that the cutest boy in the school wants to go out with you so im like whatever. he tries to ask my friend out the next day??? idk i guess he txtd me and i nevr txtd back bc my fone was broke so that was that. and he made out with this girl at cedar point after he kissd me on the lips. he always stares at me but looks away everyone calss me big judy so i think he gets jealous bc of that and they always tries to grab my . and he gets jealous that so many boys wanna go out with me but so now eighth grade idk i think he likes another girl but she dont like him back so if he were to ask me out should i say yeah or noo. and not to mention that he called be an obsesseive b... so yeah again if he were to ask me out should i talk to himm or evn say yeah from all the shitt he put me threw???
